FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
David is the Owner and Chairman of the Board for Industrial Thought Ltd., a group of companies shaping the future of financial technology and fintech data products. These companies include Financial Software Ltd. (FSL), creators of CGiX, the market-leading capital gains calculator, which David founded in 1994.
Based at the group’s satellite office in Dubai, David monitors international trends and their effect on the financial technology services industry, its evolving standards and regulations, new technologies, and client expectations. These insights guide Industrial Thought’s collective purpose of creating a complete suite of data, platform, and marketplace services for wealth management 4.0.

Nuno is the Group CEO of Industrial Thought Ltd. Originally from Portugal, and with over 25 years of experience in business and digital transformation, Nuno has founded several strategic businesses, been instrumental in launching several multi-billion-dollar businesses, and held senior leadership roles in world-leading organizations, including Microsoft, GE, SAGE, and EMIS Group Plc. He has a long-standing expertise in managing the complexities of creating and growing global businesses spanning industries such as finance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and sports.

Zuzana became Company Secretary for Industrial Thought Ltd in 2014. She has over 20 years of experience in accountancy and HR, as well as an excellent understanding of compliance.
IAN ROBINSON
GROUP CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
Ian has previously worked for a variety of consultancy and financial service companies including a major international investment bank where he ran the team supporting the back-office servicing operation. With over 30 years commercial exposure, Ian also has extensive experience of platform and organisational change delivery built upon his early career of developing applications and systems.
JOE HUGHES
GROUP CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Joe has led migration of the group’s infrastructure allowing it to further enhance the security, availability and performance of its enterprise application suite. A key element of the migration was the deployment of a tailored Intrusion Protection System (IPS) with threat-detection policies designed to improve security effectiveness. Prior to joining the group, Joe was at Brewin Dolphin where he worked on the implementation of a portfolio management front office solution for wealth managers in 29 offices across the UK.
ANDREA WEBB
GROUP RESEARCH & MARKETING DIRECTOR
Andrea’s career spans Central Government, Diamonds and Insurance and over 25 years’ experience in data analysis, market research and strategy. She spent over 15 years focused on helping leading insurance companies develop insight on their customers, competitors and the market in order to develop their business strategies and targeted propositions. Andrea also leads on marketing activities across the group including a growing calendar of events.
